ARC Group Securities Proudly Sponsors Capital Markets & M&A Forum Kuala Lumpur 2026, Highlighting U.S. Listing and Execution Expertise

ARC Group Securities proudly sponsored the Capital Markets & M&A Forum Kuala Lumpur 2026, hosted by ARC Group at EQ, Equatorial Plaza. The forum brought together over 500 senior executives, investors, and advisors from across Southeast Asia and global markets to examine the evolving landscape of international capital markets and cross-border transactions, with a focus on growth strategies and capital access for companies across the region.

As a United States registered broker-dealer and FINRA member, ARC Group Securities contributed practical, execution-focused perspectives on capital raising, public listings, and transaction strategy, supporting informed dialogue throughout the day’s capital markets sessions.

U.S. Listing and Transaction Execution Insights

During the forum, Ian Hanna, CEO of ARC Group Securities, delivered a keynote presentation titled Navigating Public Listings Today, focused on the listing and execution process for companies accessing U.S. capital markets.

His keynote addressed the process by which companies list and execute transactions, outlining the critical stages required from early-stage preparation through pricing, listing, and aftermarket support. The session emphasized the importance of disciplined preparation, regulatory readiness, and alignment among issuers, advisors, and investors to support successful execution in increasingly selective market conditions.

Drawing on extensive experience advising international issuers, Hanna also highlighted evolving investor expectations, transaction structuring considerations, and the importance of building a clear and compelling equity narrative well in advance of a public listing.

“Successfully accessing U.S. capital markets requires more than ambition, it requires preparation, coordination, and execution discipline,” said Ian Hanna. “Companies that begin early, align their advisors, and clearly articulate their equity story are best positioned to navigate the listing process and achieve strong outcomes.”

Rethinking Capital Access for Malaysian Growth Companies

Ian Hanna also led the panel discussion Rethinking Capital Access for Malaysian Growth Companies, which brought together market participants to explore alternative pathways to capital formation, evolving financing structures, and the increasing importance of cross-border strategies for high-growth companies.

Roger Salazar, Jr., Managing Director and Head of Global Capital Markets at ARC Group Securities LLC, participated as a panelist, contributing insights from his experience across equity capital markets and SPAC transactions.

The discussion highlighted the need for Malaysian companies to adopt a more global approach to capital access, including early engagement with international investors, flexibility in transaction structures, and readiness to navigate multiple listing and financing options.

“Access to capital is becoming increasingly global, and companies that position themselves early for international markets are better equipped to capture growth opportunities,” said Roger Salazar, Jr. “Understanding investor expectations, maintaining flexibility in execution, and partnering with experienced advisors are critical to achieving successful outcomes in today’s environment.”
