Ian Hanna is the Chief Executive Officer of ARC Group Securities LLC. He brings over two decades of global leadership experience across capital markets, M&A, engineering, and innovation.

Prior to ARC, Ian served as CEO of Giga Carbon Neutrality, where he led a global team delivering zero-emission transportation solutions and raised institutional capital. He spent 15 years at General Motors, where he held leadership roles across the U.S., South Korea, and China, and led the development of battery electric vehicle technologies. He holds 10 patents and four defensive publications.

Ian earned both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Roger Salazar, Jr. is a Managing Director and Head of Global Capital Markets at ARC Group Securities LLC, based in New York. He is a seasoned investment banker with a robust and diverse background in capital markets, recognized as a go-to advisor delivering impactful results.

Roger has cultivated strong relationships with financial sponsors, boards, and corporations across sectors, with a focus on growth equity in technology and healthcare. He advises on equity financing alternatives across a broad product suite, including IPOs, SPACs, follow-ons, block trades, tax-efficient monetizations, convertible debt, and M&A financing.

Most recently, he served as Senior Managing Director and Head of SPACs at SVB Securities. Prior to that, he held roles at Citigroup, RBC Capital Markets, and Société Générale. Over his career, he has raised more than 125 SPACs ($55B+), completed 60+ de-SPAC mergers ($180B+ EV), and executed 100+ bookrun equity transactions.

Roger holds a B.Sc. in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern and is fluent in English and Spanish.

David Riedel is the Chief Operating Officer of ARC Group Securities LLC. A seasoned financial executive with deep roots in emerging markets, he brings decades of experience in company analysis, valuation, equity research, and operational leadership across both Asia and the United States.

David began his career in equity research at Salomon Smith Barney, with assignments in Asia and the U.S., following academic and professional experience in China, Taiwan, and Thailand. He holds a BA in Chinese Studies and Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in Finance from the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business at Chulalongkorn University.

In 2003, David founded Riedel Research Group, the first independent equity research firm focused exclusively on global emerging markets. Since 2005, he has led operations and compliance at ARC Group Securities (previously Riedel Research’s broker-dealer entity), helping position the firm as a trusted partner for cross-border capital markets transactions.

He is a frequent guest contributor on CNBC, Barron’s, Bloomberg, and The Wall Street Journal, and is the author of Finding the Hot Spots: 10 Strategies for Global Investing (Wiley, 2006).

David is committed to strengthening ARC’s platform, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the firm’s global growth strategy.

Edward Tsuker has more than 30 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking, with a focus on equity and equity-linked financing for emerging growth, small-cap, and middle market companies. He has worked across a range of sectors including life sciences, healthcare, technology, energy, metals, and mining.

Over the course of his career, Edward has been involved in more than 500 equity and equity-linked offerings. He has held senior positions at a number of U.S. broker-dealers, including serving as President and Head of Capital Markets at Kingswood Capital Partners. He was also co-founder and Managing Partner of EF Hutton (currently known as D.Boral Capital), and has previously held roles at Aegis Capital, Knight Capital Markets, Maxim Group, Rodman & Renshaw, and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co.

Edward holds a Bachelor of Science from Hofstra University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He holds FINRA Series 7, 55, 57, 63, and 79 registrations.

Arun K. Batavia is a Senior Advisor at ARC Group Securities, based in Portland, Oregon. He brings more than four decades of experience across investment banking, technology, and telecommunications, with a focus on the public capital markets.

Arun is the Managing Partner of Exit Strategy Partners, LLC, where he advises special purpose acquisition companies and target companies across the software, cloud, renewable energy, medical devices, e-commerce, media and entertainment, biotech, and financial services sectors. He previously served as Managing Director at Corporate Finance Associates in San Francisco, advising early-stage and middle-market clients on M&A transactions, cross-border licensing, and asset sales.

Earlier in his career, Arun founded ICS Information Technologies, a telecommunications software company, where he served as principal architect of Summit™, a billing and customer care platform adopted by telecommunications carriers in the United States and Europe. Following the sale of the company in 1993 to LDDS Metromedia Communications, a predecessor of MCI WorldCom, he served as Vice President and General Manager of an information technology business unit at LDDS.

Arun holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from the University of South Carolina and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 79, and 99 registrations.

Julia Zhang is the Head of Marketing at ARC Group Securities, with over a decade of experience across financial services and international markets. Julia connects brand positioning to business growth across capital markets, leading marketing for both ARC Group Securities and the firm’s parent company, ARC Group.

Julia sets the strategy for the firm’s brand, communications, and capital markets content, presenting the firm to institutional and international audiences, with a data-informed approach that meets broker-dealer standards and maintains coherence across the markets the firm operates in.

Having lived and worked across North America, Europe, and Asia, Julia brings a cross-border perspective to the firm, bridging Asia and Western markets across the firm’s global footprint. She holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of British Columbia and an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Bradford.
