ARC Group Securities LLC is pleased to announce that Edward Tsuker has joined the firm as Head of Capital Markets, based in Tempe, Arizona.
Mr. Tsuker has more than 30 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking, with a focus on equity and equity-linked financing for emerging growth, small-cap, and middle market companies. He has worked across a range of sectors including life sciences, healthcare, technology, energy, metals, and mining.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Tsuker has been involved in more than 500 equity and equity-linked offerings. He has held senior positions at a number of U.S. broker-dealers, including serving as President and Head of Capital Markets at Kingswood Capital Partners. He was also co-founder and Managing Partner of EF Hutton (currently known as D Boral Capital), and has previously held roles at Aegis Capital, Knight Capital Markets, Maxim Group, Rodman & Renshaw, and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co.
Mr. Tsuker holds a Bachelor of Science from Hofstra University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He holds FINRA Series 7, 55, 57, 63, and 79 registrations.
